East End House strives for excellence in its programs and its innovative and effective programs received numerous accolades and distinctions. In 2010 the agency was the first in the country to be accredited as an agency and earn separate accreditation for afterschool programs through the Council on Accreditation. Family engagement activities were recognized through an Annie E. Casey Foundation and United Neighborhood Centers of America Families Count: Family Strengthening Award in 2009 and 2010.
