Michelle grew up in Natick, Massachusetts, and graduated from UMass Amherst in 2019 with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Psychology. After graduation, she moved to Washington, DC, for a year of service at a nonprofit organization delivering meals and groceries to people living with chronic illnesses. During this time, Michelle gained a deeper understanding of systemic issues and the importance of direct service work.

She continued at the nonprofit as a Client Services Advocate, building strong relationships with clients through food deliveries and connecting them to local resources. Michelle later served as Director of Camp and Afterschool Programming at a community center, where she led programs for elementary school students.

Now back in the Boston area, Michelle is excited to bring her experience in community building, youth development, and equity to East End House. In her free time, she enjoys biking, attending concerts, spending time in nature, and exploring the city.
