Enio Chinca
He/Him
Marketing and Development Coordinator

Born and raised in Brookline, MA, Enio Chinca has always felt deeply connected to the Greater Boston community. After graduating from Brookline High School, he ventured west to Cleveland, Ohio to earn his BA in English and Psychology from Case Western Reserve University. Those studies sparked his interest in gaining a deep understanding of people’s stories—an interest that would eventually guide his career in the nonprofit world.

Enio began his professional journey at The Charles River Center in Needham, MA, supporting adults with developmental disabilities as a Life Skills Coach. When the COVID-19 pandemic suspended the organization’s day program services, Enio transitioned to a supervisory role at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Brighton, MA, where he deepened his leadership and management skills.

Driven by a growing passion to help mission-driven organizations grow and thrive, Enio pursued a Master’s in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, graduating in 2024. During his time there, he worked with the Upward Bound House and the Community Foundation of the Valleys. These experiences solidified his interest in development and fundraising as tools for building long-term impact.

In 2025, Enio returned home to Massachusetts to join East End House as the Marketing and Development Coordinator. He works closely with East End House’s leadership, staff, and community to strengthen the organization’s fundraising efforts and share its mission with the broader community. Whether he’s crafting a story for a campaign or mapping out a long-term development plan, Enio brings a genuine belief in the power of community to everything he does.
